It is many investor's dream to buy and sell mansions as a source of income. It is also the dream and aspiration of many realtors and real estate brokers, to sell mansions and make commissions that are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars area and even in the millions! A mansion is more than just a big house, it is usually dedicated to something whether it be a person, family, etc. as well as being much bigger than just an average 'big house'. To sell mansions is actually a big business and is practiced by many, especially in the hottest spots of America like Miami, California, New York, Etc.

 

The reason why someone would seriously consider getting into the business, and sell mansions, is if they wanted to make a lot of money, or if it is just a passion of theirs. There are those out there who love designing an building a house or mansion, for the sole purpose of selling it afterward. A mansion like this can take over a year, sometimes three to be built, but will surely pay off for the investor.

 

Then there are the realtors who are hungry to sell mansions. These ambitious salespeople know all about what the commissions are going to be for these mansions and that is exactly why they are trying to sell them. Just selling ONE mansion can allow a realtor to take off for the rest of the year if they wanted to! Or, they could keep at it and make a few more deals for the year and really become wealthy. Real estate is one of the only fields where easy money like this can be made, all the time.

 

Whether it be the agents and brokers who get the high commissions, or the real estate investors who are making millions just for buying a house and reselling it, it is clear that if you sell mansions -- you are in big business. All the realtors and investors who DO sell mansions, all got there from starting at the very bottom. There are always those who are born into privileged situations, but either way, being at the level where you can sell mansions and make money off of it is quite an achievement on it's own.
